Who is the Elite Program for?

The Elite Program is for ambitious companies, government RFPs, enterprise, and nonprofit organizations that need senior-level marketing and brand outcomes without hiring a full internal team. It’s a fit for leadership teams managing complexity, multiple stakeholders, and high visibility.

Who is it not for?

It’s not built for early-stage businesses, one-off projects, or teams looking for a low-cost vendor. If you need quick, tactical tasks without strategy or governance, our other service paths would be the ideal fit. Check those out HERE

What do you mean by “fractional”?

Fractional means you get experienced, senior-level capability on a part-time basis. You receive strategy, systems, and execution support in a structured cadence, without the overhead of adding full-time salaries, benefits, and management load.

What outcomes should we expect?

You can expect more leads, refined brand optics, improved clarity, consistency, and execution speed. Typical outcomes include stronger messaging, more cohesive campaigns, better internal alignment, cleaner approvals, and higher confidence in what goes public and why. What does all this mean? The main goal is to help your company generate more leads so your company can close those leads.

What deliverables are included?

Deliverables depend on your needs, but commonly include messaging frameworks, regular marketing campaigns, content systems and creation, brand standards, stakeholder communication support, and ongoing execution across priority channels.

How does onboarding work?

Following our initial meeting and discovery, we begin with a structured intake covering goals in detail, context, stakeholders, and risks. From there we define priorities, establish a cadence, and begin execution with clear owners, timelines, and reporting.

How long is a typical engagement?

Most Elite clients work with us on a long-term retainer basis. This allows continuity, measurable progress, and systems that hold up over time rather than short-term outputs that fade. When engaging with us it is essential to commit to the program for no less than 1 year.

Do you work with internal teams, agencies, or vendors we already have?

Yes. We can lead, support, or integrate with internal staff and existing vendors. Often our role is to bring solutions, working cohesion, project and budget management, and governance across moving parts.

How many hours do we get per month?

We structure engagements around outcomes and cadence rather than a raw hourly bucket. You’ll have defined weekly tasks for us, execution windows, deadlines and service coverage tied to priorities. If you need an hours-based structure for procurement, we are able to support that with a custom model.

What industries do you specialize in?

We work best with organizations that have high ambitions for their business growth, complex stakeholder environments and high public visibility. Distribution companies, Government, public institutions, regulated industries, and established companies looking to scale are common fits.

Can you support communications for sensitive or high-stakes situations?

Yes. We can support reputation protection, stakeholder communications, and time-sensitive messaging with a controlled process. Contract-bound engagements are available and common for the work we do.

How do you report progress?

You’ll receive consistent updates and reporting tied to outcomes. We track and document what launched and landed, what needs adjusting, what stakeholders responded to, and what we recommend next. We meet in a cadence that is set by the scope while providing detailed timely reporting for your records and reference. We supply raw data access. You see what we see.

How is this different from hiring a full-time marketing manager?

Full-time hires often need time, direction, and supporting resources to succeed. This program gives you an experienced team and an operating system immediately, without the long-term payroll and management infrastructure burden.

What does it cost?

Elite engagements are retainers based on scope, complexity, and service coverage. If you apply, we’ll review fit and provide a clear recommendation and pricing path.

To give you a general idea of costs when considering applying to this program, currently our services can be expected to cost between 60k to 180k per year. Scaling small businesses typically fall between 60k to 120k per year. Ad budgets are not included in our fees and should be considered during this process.
