My name is Jason Hilton, I hope to meet you. I created this business after many years of refinement, mistakes and successes. It's been a wild ride so far while working with some of the hardest working people I've ever known.

Part of my journey into the world of small business, design and branding was helping out in my parents’ used-record store during the late 90s.

After studying Illustration, I found myself captivated by the art and science of branding while working on an aquarium logo (Bizarre Aquariums) in 2001. That spark led me to dive deeper into brand development, exploring its processes, theories, and real-world applications.

Eager to bring my vision to life, I launched my first agency, The Red Rabbit Studio. The success of that venture propelled it into what you see today: the Branding Department.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with brands across a wide range of industries, including the trades industries, health and wellness, nonprofit animal rehabilitation, HVAC, home services/improvement, game stores, event planning, regional distribution networks, and many more.

I’m passionate about helping businesses tell their stories and connect with their audiences, the results speak for themselves.
